The club in brief
The Ipswich Volleyball Club was formed in 1978 to promote the sport of volleyball in the Ipswich area. The club is affiliated to Volleyball England and to the Suffolk Volleyball Association.
We welcome anybody who wishes to learn how to play the game of volleyball, improve their volleyball skills, or just meet people from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds, in an active, yet social atmosphere.
We are a firmly established and active club with a membership of around 30. For the 2007-08 season we have entered three teams in the Suffolk Volleyball League: the Moles (men), Rocks (ladies) and Sharks (mixed).
