Mixed emotions for Ipswich Mix 

A mixed team of the Ipswich Volleyball Club recovered from a mediocre Saturday to win all their games on Sunday and walk away with the Division 2 title at the annual Cambridge tournament, while Lucy and Marta reached the semi-finals of the two-a-side competition.

Lightening struck twice this week, when the Sharks and ACE played out a Suffolk Plate Semi-Final and also ran out of time. The match finished at 2-2 with the Sharks 13-3 in front in the 5th set. The match will be replayed.

Ipswich Falcons once again conquer Lowestoft Beach

For the third year running, the Ipswich Falcons have won the Lowestoft Beach Volleyball tournament. In the final, the Falcons (Ben Child, Gabriele Corliano, and Chris Watson) beat the Ipswich Sharks (Laurent Duchesne, Marc Wennink, and Lucy Wright) convincingly: 15-5 and 15-5.
